Chemo R.V. was founded in Williams Lake by Jack Bell in 1976. Since then Chemo R.V. has expanded to Quesnel (1988). We have over 35 years of customers who call Chemo R.V. their RV dealer.

Every year our service technicians attend courses to hone their skills and update their certifications. Our parts staffs attend yearly buying shows so they can offer you the latest in R.V. Parts and accessories available. Our salespeople go on factory tours so they can learn how our R.V.’s are built and to see the materials used in the brands we carry. This enables us to talk, factually, with our customers about construction and not just about how pretty the product looks.


Chemo R.V. offers R.V. products from the top manufacturers in the industry. In Trailers, Toy Haulers, and Fifth Wheels, we offer models such as Arctic Fox, Snow River, Fox Mountain, Desert Fox, Catalina, and Panther. In our Camper inventory we carry models from Adventurer, Northern Lite, and Arctic Fox. Our motorhome models are the Leprechaun and Freelander from Coachmen. The manufacturers of these fine R.V.’s choose the dealers that they want to sell their products, and we have the lines our competitors wish they could have.

Jack Bell

Jack Bell, who served for 25 years on the Board of Directors of the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association of British Columbia (RVDA), was awarded the national industry’s highest honour, The Walter Paseska Canadian RV Dealer of the year in 2004.

Jack grew up on a Saskatchewan farm before moving to Williams Lake in 1966. After several years of working in auto parts, collision, and auto glass services, Jack started selling Recreation Vehicles in 1976. This eventually became Chemo R.V. – A new dealership in Williams Lake in 1981 and a Quesnel branch which opened in 1988. In 2010, the Williams Lake dealership had outgrown its location and was consequently moved to 150 Mile House where Jack was instrumental in the construction of a new dealership building, parts store, shop, storage area, and inventory show lot.

Jack is now semi–retired but still makes himself available to lend a hand whenever he is needed.

Jack is extremely proud that Chemo R.V. is active in sponsoring numerous events throughout the B.C. Cariboo region, including the famous Williams Lake Stampede, Billy Barker Days in Quesnel, Canada Day music festivals, fishing derbies, four major golf tournaments in the Cariboo and fundraisers for the less fortunate. Chemo R.V. has donated to the building funds of the Civic Sports complex in Williams Lake and to the new arena in 100 Mile House.

Jack and his wife, Leslie, have a daughter, Heather, and a son, Jason. Jason has stepped into his Dad’s shoes and is now running the business.
