On Thursday, August 25, we were on our way home to Prince George after a lovely week in the Fraser Valley and northern Washington, and we were a little stressed about the black water tank in our trailer - it was either clogged or the trap was broken. Needless to say, we were anxious to solve this situation ourselves, since the black water tank isn't really something you want to burden someone else with especially when it's full! But, we'd unsuccessfully attempted a couple of different things, so we pulled into your dealership to see if you could help.

Your service department came right over and attempted to give us a hand. They hooked it all up, tested the trap, flushed in some water, but nothing helped. We were sent on our way with instructions to purchase two bags of ice, drop them into the tank, and let the motion of the road and the ice do its thing to unclog the tank. I was beyond sceptical, and we pulled into the sani-dump in Quesnel with fingers crossed. It worked!! High fives all around!
